Meet Our Front Office
DebbieDebbie is our Scheduling Coordinator and has been with our office since 2005. She keeps our office busy. Debbie is a registered dental assistant (RDA) who has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She is able to use her knowledge of the back office to schedule patients so that they are seen with a minimum of waiting. She will be happy to arrange a convenient appointment for you. To make your first visit with us as complete as possible you will be asked a few questions. Our patient registration forms are online and you can fill them out at your leisure and either e-mail them to us or print them out and bring them in with you when you come to the office. Debbie will also be sure to remind you when it is time to come in for your professional cleaning, exam, and oral cancer screening.
BenBen is our Financial Coordinator and has been with our office in various roles since 2007 after graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is ready to help you with the financial part of your treatment. If you have dental insurance he will help you get the most out of your coverage. If you have no insurance, he can show you various ways to pay for your dental treatment. If you have no financial questions you can just stop by his desk and chat. Ben recently earned his Master's Degree in Dental Public Health. One day he may be working on your teeth since we will be loaning him out to dental school in the near future. Oh, and he is also Dr. Boyd's son-in-law.
Cathy
Dr. Boyd's wife, Cathy, is our Office Manager. She has always had a hand in the office, but has worked "behind the scenes" for a lot of the years. She was our front office person when we first opened the office and knows how this office has run since 1984.
With their knowledge and experience Debbie, Ben, and Cathy are able to provide the quality service for you in the front office.
