This can help you boost the health of the mouth, improve the taste and smell of your breath, and even improve the sensation of your taste buds.
Cleaning your toothbrush is the third thing you should add to your routine. All you need to do is thoroughly rinse the bristles under warm water after you’re done brushing. Then, position the brush upright in a place where it can dry.
